What training will I receive?
Our training prepares you to provide services in a variety of fields and to certify your technicians. Supported by a team of experienced experts, we deliver comprehensive instruction in all aspects of restoration, including water, fire, and mold remediation, while guiding you toward IICRC certification. As pioneers of many cleaning practices still used today—such as carpet, rug, and hard surface cleaning—we also specialize in HVAC and air duct services.
How do you define territories?
A Steamatic territory is defined on a case-by-case basis based on key indicators to set our owners up for success in their given market.
Do I need an office?
Most of our owners start out as a “home base business” and we work with our franchisees as they scale their business to expand into a location as needed.
What are my startup costs?
A Steamatic franchise is a surprisingly affordable business and this start up cost will vary dependent on your territory selection and equipment. You will need access to at least $30k for start-up costs.
How Do I Finance the Business and is financing available?
At Steamatic, we maintain strategic partnerships with specialized third-party financing firms to support your franchise investment. Whether through SBA lending or 401(k) funding solutions, we connect you with experienced professionals to identify the most suitable option for your individual financial objectives.
Can franchisees buy more than one franchise?
Yes! So as long as adjoining territories are available and the market is open we can help you with adding additional areas to your business.
Do I need experience?
Restoration industry experience is not required!
